Local resident Albert Gerow found this barrel sitting on the west end of Francois Lake at an abandoned ranch in the Southside.
Concerned about a possible fuel spill, he reported the incident to the ministry of environment. Ministry staff attended the site and determined that the tank was used for domestic water.
