Kelly Holliday takes a moment to look at the beautiful flowers that Beatrice Anderson from Flowers for All Occasion, planted in her front window of her shop.
Anderson said she had lots of compliments and people were happy to see the bright flowers so early. And just when everything was looking so great some rude and selfish person came along and yanked out a bunch of the flowers and bulbs. The bulbs were recovered later and Anderson replanted them.
