Cole Clifford (L), local fitness author and athlete, was joined by Tammy Downton of Lakes District Fitness in 亚洲天堂 Lake for a get-to-know the author session on Nov. 23, 2013.

Clifford was coming off back in town after a recent visit to Terrace where his book was well-received by gym-goers there.
