More than 130 people lined up to be served a hot Chinese meal prepared by students of the College of New Caledonia Professional Cook Program on Feb. 7, 2013.
The 14 students, and instructor Chef Darlene Godfrey, spent six hours in prep the day before and then four hours that morning to prepare the labour intensive spread.
