Lakes District Maintenance Ltd. (LDM) in conjunction with the 亚洲天堂 Lake RCMP detachment held a 鈥楽hift into Winter鈥� roadside check stop last Thursday morning on Hwy. 16. Corey Funk from LDM handed out brochures to all vehicles.

Inadvertently a logging truck didn鈥檛 want to go through the road check and ended up rerouting off the highway, going down Government Street. As the truck turned onto Government Street the truck ended up creaming off a power pole causing surrounding businesses to lose telephone for over 15 hours.
