This summer, university students from Austin, Texas, are cycling through 亚洲天堂 Lake on their way to Anchorage, Alaska. The students are part of the Texas 4000, an annual charity bicycle ride that raises money for cancer research. This year the cyclists have raised nearly US$700,000 as they ride over 4000 miles in 70 days. Wildfires in B.C. and poor air quality have made this year鈥檚 ride especially challenging. The Rockies team (pictured here) stayed at Island Gospel Fellowship on July 20. The Sierra team passed through town July 30.
