The third performance in the Arts Council's 'Joy of Six' season takes place at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 in the multi purpose room at Lakes District Secondary School. Company Jump! is a musical theatre production that showcases the 1940s swing music of the Andrews Sisters. The show features tight harmonies, ‘40s costumes, humour, dancing and audience participation.
Hear Company Jump’s brassy voices and see their creative choreography, performing swingin’ tunes such as Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree and Accentuate the Positive. Company Jump! is backed up by a seven-piece live swing band.
Join guests from the Royal Canadian Legion branch number 50 ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake, commemorate Remembrance Day, honour the veterans of World War II and enjoy their music. Look for our posters around town, and our ads in the Lakes District ÑÇÖÞÌìÌÃ.
