亚洲天堂 Lake residents had a chance to experience a 鈥渟ound bath鈥� last weekend.
The event, which included a workhsop, a fire ceremony and seed planting, was provided by Quesnel instructor Danielea Castell. She describes sound bath as the application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person with the intention of restoring the state of harmony and balance.
鈥淪ound is very potent and affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually,鈥� said Castell. 鈥淣o two people have the same experience from the same sound.鈥�
Inge Lindaas, host of the event, said that when she heard the crystal bowls in the sound bath she felt her soul 鈥渃onnect with the universe.鈥� Lindaas wants to make this an annual event in 亚洲天堂 Lake.
