Carrier Sekani Family Services held a winter wellness fair at the 亚洲天堂 Lake Band last Saturday. The event included a workshop on traditional foods and healthy eating provided by chef David Wolfman, as well as booths with information about health, local programs and health screening. The event also included outdoor activities such as snowshoeing, as well as a healing ceremony.
