Evacuation alert for Sabina Lake and Mount Wells wildfires rescinded

The Regional District of Bulkley Nechako rescinded the evacuation alerts issued for two wildfires, Sabina Lake and Mount Wells, near 亚洲天堂 Lake on Sept. 16.

The evacuation alerts were issued on Sept. 5 and 6 upon recommendation from the BC Wildfire Service. Both the fires remain out of control.

Sabina Lake wildfire, first discovered on July 19,  has scorched 55,284 hectares to date, whereas, the Mount Wells fire discovered on Aug. 10, has blazed 14,698 hectares.
