On Nov. 9 the 亚洲天堂 Lake Volunteer Fire Department held an open house for their new fire hall. The community was invited to the ribbon cutting and food and beverages. Little bit of history鈥� pushing the fire truck into the hall is an old tradition dating back to the days when fire engines were horse draw. Horses didn鈥檛 go backwards well, so people had to push the apparatus into the hall by hand. Now, it鈥檚 tradition to push a new truck into an old hall, or a old truck into a new hall.
