亚洲天堂 Lake youth attended the Biathlon Take-a-Shot event on Nov. 4 at the Omineca Ski Club (OSC). The youth were taught the rules of biathlon and how to handle guns. They were shown how to load the guns with bullets and how to aim at the targets. Moreover, they were taught range safety and other safety mechanisms for the guns. They then had the chance to fire some rounds at the targets and played a competitive biathlon to understand the sport. 鈥淚t was a good day, although it was wet. They were getting their targets down, and we had great help from the volunteers,鈥� said Karen Broadworth, a parent and coach involved with the OSC biathlons.
