At approximately 11 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2012, the 亚洲天堂 Lake RCMP detachment received a report of a snowmobiler operating erratically on Center Street.

Officers from the detachment as well as the 亚洲天堂 Lake Traffic Services department immediately responded to the location of Center Street and Second Avenue, where the snowmobiler was reported to be.

Police located a man attempting to free his stuck snowmobile and arrested the operator for impaired driving.

Police are recommending one charge of impaired operation, one charge of driving while over .08 and one charge of refusing to provide a breath sample pursuant to the Criminal Code.

The 43 year old 亚洲天堂 Lake resident was released on a court document to appear in Provincial Court in 亚洲天堂 Lake during April 2012.
