At approximately 6:37 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, police received a report of a loud explosion and smoke in the area of Walker Road near Francois Lake.
Police immediately responded and determined through their investigation that the explosion was caused by a property representative on Echo Valley Road blasting on private property.
