An Evacuation Order Expansion, effective July 10, 2023 at 2000 hours, has been issued due to potential danger to life and health by Recreation Sites and Trails BC, Wet鈥檚uwet鈥檈n First Nation, Skin Tyee Nation and the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako. This expansion broadens the Evacuation Order area issued on July 09, 2023 at 1200 hours and is for the following area:
All lands and properties accessed by Colleymount Road between 20448 Colleymount Road and the existing order area are now under evacuation order. This also includes lands and properties accessed by Mount Colley and Sprigler Roads. The northern portion of the existing alert area remains under alert and has been expanded.
