Norm Klassen was the winner out of thousands of entries for the Shop Local contest put on by Lakes District 亚洲天堂, which ran all through November. He received a prize of $500 in gift certificates that will likely go towards some Christmas shopping. Klassen said when he received the call that he was the winner it made his day.
