The College of New Caledonia鈥檚 (CNC) board of governors approved a two per cent increase to the 2018/19 tuition and mandatory fees last week.
According to the college, the increase is a direct response to continued cost pressures, and is necessary to cover the college鈥檚 fixed costs.
鈥淐NC remains the second lowest tuition at a B.C. college for a full-time academic arts program student,鈥 said CNC president Henry Reiser.
According to a , a two per cent increase is standard for most colleges in British Columbia.
