In loving memory ~
Who was Cliff Killick? To all his friends and co-workers, he was the guy on the radio who always had a quick wit that made people laugh. He was a truck driver who was dedicated to his career. He rarely missed a trip, and he still enjoyed his job after 38 years.
To his family, Cliff was our rock. He gave us constant support and endless love. We always knew, no matter what we were going through, he would be there for us.
He was married to Mary Ann, the love of his life for 57 years. They built their lives together and had countless fond memories. His last words were to her when he told her he loved her.
He was the best dad I could have ever asked for. Every day was Christmas with him because he would try to give me anything I wished for. He would drive the truck all week then Friday night jump in the pick-up and ask where are we rodeoing this weekend? No matter what I was doing, he always had my back and always believed in me.
Cliff was the best father-in-law. Whenever Marvin needed a hand, he was there.
The happiest day of Cliff's life was when he became a grandpa. He loved every minute of it. Every day after work he would come and visit Kenny and Ashley. During spring break, he was their "babysitter". They'd build go-carts, golf, go fishing, and go visit grandma at the SanBar. By 10 years old, they were driving around the yard by themselves in grandpa's pick-up. He never missed a hockey game. As the grandchildren grew up from kids to teens, to adults, the bond never went away. Ashley still visited whenever she could, and Kenny and Grandpa talked on the phone nearly every day.
Cliff will always be remembered by his friends and co-workers.
As a husband, dad, father-in-law, and grandpa he will leave a big hole in our lives. There will always be something missing.
Upon Cliff's request, there will be no funeral. He will be with his parents in Summerland.
