Francis passed away November 24, 2005 at the age of 58 years.
Francis was predeceased by his parents, Emma and Frank; his brothers, James and Robert; and his sister Dorothy; and is survived by, wife, Judy; sons, Jason (Lisa), and Darcy (Hilary); daughter, Joanne (Silas); sister, Alajoy (Bill) Morris; grandchildren, Jaylee, Shaelynn, Treyton, Zachery, Elias, and Jada; niece, Darlene (Steve); numerous other relatives, and many friends.
Prior to his disabling accident, Francis enjoyed coaching his children in baseball, and participating in rodeo events, including, bucking broncos and gymkhana. His love of music included playing the guitar, and dancing up a storm.
Francis was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
A visitation for family and friends was held on Friday, December 2, 2005, 11:00 a.m. with funeral service immediately following at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Prince George Funeral Service. Internment in Prince George City Cemetery. Gifts of Remembrance may be made to the Paraplegic Society or to the G.F. Strong Centre in Vancouver.
