Millie and her husband, Bill arrived in 亚洲天堂 Lake in 1943 from Colorado and raised 12 children in the 亚洲天堂 Lake area. After her husband鈥檚 passing in 1962, Millie was left raising seven children still at home. She found employment at B & M Market (Shop Easy). In 1979 her failing health forced her to retire. This gave her time to enjoy her family and many hobbies. In 2002 she was diagnosed and battled Alzheimer鈥檚 Disease.

Millie was predeceased by her husband, Bill; sons, Floyd and David; and daughter, Aldene. She will be sadly missed by her surviving children and families: Dan (Shirley), Jack (Sue), Esther (Keith) Wood, Elaine (Tom) Anderson, Linda (Bill) Hiebert, Connie (Chris) Bjarnason, Bill (Donna), Bart (Marilee), Kathy (Roger) Poirier, 24 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
