Survived by: Daughter: Carmin Desiree Morgan Cowan, Parents: Richmond & Jane Cowan. Siblings: Richie Cowan, Fred Cowan, Hughie Cowan, Ginny Anderson, Cheri Clarke, and Cindy Lindaas. Aunts & Uncles: Smokey & Louella Bassett, Tom & Doreen Cowan. Margaret Hickey and Neva Roe. Numerous in-laws, neices & nephews, cousins and friends. We love you Nipper and we will always remember the times that we have shared. Love your family & friends.
