The Babes in Balance retreat was held from June 26-28 up on the Boer Mountain trails and hosted 30 female riders from Williams Lake to Terrace.
They had amazing coaches from Prince George, Smithers, and 亚洲天堂 Lake to facilitate a great weekend of learning and world class riding.
Mornings were spent doing yoga and body activation followed by skill sessions on the bike while the afternoons were filled with trail riding followed by refreshing and most needed dips in Kager Lake.
