The Lakers finished in the eleventh place in the 16-team provincials.
The Senior Girls Single A Basketball Provincials took place in Lumby, B.C., from March 3 to 6.
Although the team came up short on their provincial goals, the girls had the most successful season in nearly two decades. The Lakes District Secondary School team had been ranked in the provincial top eight all year.
