In Hour 1, The Moj chats with Vegas legend Wayne Newton, Shaun Alexander, K.J. Wright, Josh Palmer and Jamal Lewis. In Hour 2, guests include T.J. Ward, Greg Cosell, Neville Gallimore and Nick Fergson.
Alexander is a former NFL MVP and Seattle Seahawks running back, who makes his annual visit with The Moj. The two talk about Alexander’s Super Bowl XL performance and the work he does for kids in communities, Wright also stops by to talk all things Seahawks with The Moj, reminiscing about Seattle’s two Super Bowl runs with Wright on the team.
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer, a Canadian, joins the show. He and The Moj talk everything Chargers, from the difficulties of this past season and the turnaround with new head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Moj is then joined by ‘Mr. Las Vegas’ himself, as Newton sits down for a chat. The two get right into what it’s like for Newton as Mr. Vegas and how sports have changed the city.
2003 NFL Offensive Player of the Year Lewis stops by to talk with The Moj about the Super Bowl XXXV champion Baltimore Ravens team, remembering the late Tony Siragusa and getting into all the Brock Purdy narratives this season.
In Hour 2, former Super Bowl champion NFL safety Ward joins the show. He and The Moj discuss what life is like for T.J. post-football and what life skills he learned from playing professional football, as well as some Super Bowl LVIII predictions.
NFL analyst and a senior producer at NFL Films, Cosell joins The Moj to break down all things football including Purdy’s top skills with the San Francisco 49ers, what Cosell expects the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers to do in Super Bowl LVIII, and what makes Patrick Mahomes such a difficult quarterback to play against.
The Moj then chats with Gallimore, a Canadian defensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys; and then former NFL and CFLer Ferguson, who talks about his days in Canada with the Bombers and Riders.
‘The Moj’ will podcast each day this week, prior to Super Bowl 58, when the Kansas City Chiefs take on the San Francisco 49ers.
