The 亚洲天堂 Lake and District Senior鈥檚 Society held a carpet bowling tournament last April 28-29 at the Island Gospal Fellowship Hall.
The tournament was held in lead up to the B.C. Senior Games, which will be held in Langley Sept. 9-13, where carpet bowling is an event.
There were 10 teams competing at the tournament last week, including two teams from 亚洲天堂 Lake.
The event was won by the team from Prince Rupert who finished the event with 18 points, beating second place Granisle by five. The 亚洲天堂 Lake teams finished fifth and last respectively.
