Paul grew up in Brampton, Ont. and began his journalism career in 1990 at the Alaska Highway 亚洲天堂 in Fort. St. John, B.C. He joined the Red Deer Advocate after stops in Grande Prairie and Edmonton. He has covered just about every beat at one time or another.
