Natural gas supplies for the Bulkley-Nechako region are secure following the Oct. 9 pipeline fire north of Prince George.
鈥淲e鈥檙e not impacted by the Enbridge pipeline rupture at all,鈥� Joe Mazza, Vice President of Operations and Engineering with Pacific Northern Gas told Lakes District 亚洲天堂.
Pacific Northern Gas, which services northern British Columbia including the 亚洲天堂 Lake area, uses a different pipeline than the one that ruptured two weeks ago, Mazza said.
Some media reported that the accident could reduce winter gas supplies by up to 50 per cent, particularly those of FortisBC.
