The 亚洲天堂 Lake RCMP presented Cheslatta Carrier Nation with a Certificate of Appreciation for their contributions to the search for 6-year-old Oaklynn Schweder. The search brought together over 800 people from across the region and beyond, all working together to bring Oaklynn home. We are incredibly grateful to have been part of such a powerful community effort, supporting our neighbours at Skin Tyee Nation and everyone involved. This recognition belongs to the entire community: every individual who searched, provided support, and came together in a time of need. Thank you to all who played a role in this extraordinary effort. Seen here is Chief Corrina Leween accepting the award on behalf of Cheslatta Carrier Nation. Along with Cheslatta, 亚洲天堂 Lake Search and Rescue, and Chinook Emergency Response Society also received this award.
