Thunderbird Boxing gym in 亚洲天堂 Lake

Trevor Moyah has started to teach boxing in 亚洲天堂 Lake. Residents attended the Gathering Place 鈥� Thunderbird Boxing, on Nov. 6. Participants did some cardio and kicking exercises, then punching drills on the sandbags. The Thunderbird Boxing gym invites people to come and will train on Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. and on Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. every week.
