Prince George RCMP is seeking more witnesses or victims to two separate instances where the same man allegedly exposed his genitalia on Jan. 13.
The first incident is alleged to have on Jan. 13 around 11:30 a.m. on a transit bus, according to a news release from Prince George RCMP on Wednesday (Jan. 29). The man allegedly exposed his genitalia to a young woman who was sitting in an empty section of the bus.
She quickly got off the buss and reported the incident to police.
The second incident happened the same day, around 4 p.m., allegedly involving the same man. He was in a movie theatre and allegedly began to masturbate in view of those in the theatre. He was removed by theatre staff and the incident was reported to police by witnesses.
鈥淭his is a complex situation that our Special Victims Unit is aware of and is currently investigating. The suspect was arrested for both incidents and released to the care of his group home on an Undertaking with conditions," Cpl. Jennifer Cooper said.
The suspect is described as heavier set, Indigenous and in his mid-30s to 40s, with short, dark hair. On the days of the incidents, he was wearing a black and camoflage jacket and grey camouflage pants.
Police are now asking if anyone else experienced a similar incident to contact Prince George RCMP's non-emergency line at 250-561-3300.
