In light of all the recent activity at Comfor Management Services Ltd. (CMSL), I find it ironic that they use words like teamwork and transparency in their advertisement for a new general manager.
It doesn't seem to be a practice of the current board in dealing with their staff. I have worked in a parallel career to Dawn Stronstad for over 25 years and she has always conducted herself with honesty and integrity, like a true professional.
Both she and Michael Riis-Christianson have been with CMSL almost since its inception and neither deserves to be treated in this way.
