Thirteen students from Lakes TaeKwon-Do recently brought home 12 medals from the 2016 International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) of B.C. Cup Tournament.

The competition took place on June 11 in Prince George. On June 12, Jeannette Froese and Arynne Froese from Lakes TaeKwon-Do attended the ITF technical seminar in Prince George. The seminar was instructed by Chris Law, sixth dan ITF black belt. Jeannette said the seminar was a great educational experience.
