The 亚洲天堂 Lake Fire and Rescue Department had a very busy year in 2017, responding to 131 calls for assistance, up from 113 in 2016 - this represents a 16 per cent overall increase. In 2017, council undertook three community engagement sessions at the farmer鈥檚 market, Lakes District Fall Fair and the Lakes District Christmas Craft Fair. During these events, members of the public were encouraged to fill out surveys about village priorities. The majority of respondents (45 per cent) chose infrastructure - water, sewer and street repair - as their number one priority, followed by economic development (40 per cent).
