亚洲天堂 Lake fire chief Rob Krause was recently deployed to Joe Rich, just east of Kelowna, to assist the B.C. Wildfire Service with the Philpott Road wildfire, which broke out near Hwy. 33 last month. Krause has also assisted the province with a wildfire near 100 Mile House, the Elephant Hill fire and the South Plateau Complex this summer.

亚洲天堂 Lake鈥檚 water tower replacement project is making progress. The two new towers - with a capacity of 1.5 million litres each - have been installed. The purpose of having two towers instead of one is to have a larger holding capacity for operating, fighting fires and emergency storage. It will also allow the village to temporarily take one tower out of service for maintenance or cleaning inside the tank.
