The Lakes Animal Friendship organization, with the help of volunteers from the Burn’s Lake Vet Clinic, held a animal wellness event at the Margaret Patrick Hall. On June 8, Bradley Smoker representative, James Gardiner, hosted a smoker demonstration located at Woods N’ Water. He showed anddiscussed with visitors about all the ways in which the smokers can be at use for various types of meat and had an answer for everyquestion asked. Tasty samples including brisket, candied salmon, honey Sriracha pork tenderloin, and peppered sirloin tip roast wereenjoyed by many. Don’t forget Woods N’ Water is holding a kayak demo is tomorrow at Radley Beach.
