The ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake and District Chamber of Commerce building will soon get a new electronic lock system after the village council supported the plan at its Nov. 13 meeting.

The Lakes Film Appreciation Society (LFAS) has received $100,000 from the ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Community Forest to help with repair costs for the Beacon Theatre.

ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake residents flocked to the ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake and District Chamber of Commerce for the 51st annual Rotary Auction on Nov. 13. The auction featured hundreds of items and tickets donated by local and regional businesses worth more than $50,000 in total. The auction continues on Nov. 14 from 7 p.m. to midnight.
